The Premium Homes Ltd has officially inaugurated its new project, The Premium Royal City, in a warm and festive ceremony. The project is located within the commercial unit of the AT Model Society. The event was attended by senior company officials, architects, invited guests, and valued customers.
In his keynote speech, the company’s CEO Md. Mainul Hasan Dulon said that Premium Homes has already earned the trust of its customers, and now is the time to reinforce that trust even more strongly. He expressed sincere gratitude to all who have supported the company from the very beginning and continue to stand by it. He also mentioned the company’s future plan to work on a hospital share project.
Architect Mr. Nurunnabi Raju, the designer of The Premium Royal City, presented the architectural and structural features of the project. He stated that the development will be built following modern high-rise building standards and an earthquake-resistant design, ensuring long-term durability and safety.
Mr. Golam Kibria Sarkar, Proprietor of Studio of Creative Arts Ltd, was present as a special guest. He noted that after long observation and evaluation, he is confident about the future success of The Premium Homes Ltd and extended his best wishes.
Also present at the event were officers and employees of The Premium Homes Ltd, members of the AT Model Society, and many customers. Several customers praised the project’s progress and expressed hope that the company will continue its commitment to quality and excellence.
Following the formal session, guests visited the project site. Multiple spot bookings were made on the same day in both the residential and commercial segments. Attendees enjoyed the traditional Chattogram-style Mezban lunch, followed by a short cultural program. The event concluded with the distribution of special souvenir gifts from The Premium Homes.
