In a first for Bangladesh, City Bank has integrated insurance policy purchases directly into its mobile banking app, Citytouch, through a new partnership with Guardian Life Insurance Limited. This innovative feature allows City Bank customers to browse and purchase a variety of insurance policies, and even submit claims, at any time and from any location.
The collaboration is a significant step in the convergence of banking and insurance, aiming to provide customers with enhanced financial convenience and security.
