DHAKA – Al-Hajj Monirul Haque Chowdhury, a prominent politician, parliamentarian, and freedom fighter known as the “Lion Man” of Cumilla, recently visited the head office of National Life Insurance Company. He is a key adviser to the Chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and was a founding associate and well-wisher of National Life.
As a close friend of National Life’s founder, M. Haider Chowdhury, Monirul Haque Chowdhury was one of the witnesses to the company’s establishment. On September 10, he visited the company’s head office where he was greeted with flowers by the Chief Executive Officer, Md. Kazim Uddin. Deputy Managing Director Prabir Chandra Das FCA and other senior executives were also present during the visit.
