Sonali Bank signed an agreement with Bangladesh Bank (BB) for a pre-financing scheme aimed at the growth and development of the country’s leather and leather-goods industry.
Sonali Bank managing director Md Shawkat Ali Khan and BB’s Financial Institutions Inspection Department Director Md Zabdul Islam signed the agreement on behalf their respective organizations at BB’s Motijheel head-office, said a press release.
BB deputy governor Md Anis Ur Rahman and Executive Director Nahid Rahman were present, among others.
