Sandhani Asset Management Limited has announced the successful completion of the public subscription for its second mutual fund, the “Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund,” well ahead of the official deadline.
The subscription concluded approximately 25 working days before the allocated 45-day timeframe, reflecting strong investor confidence in Shariah-compliant financial instruments.
Key Highlights of the Launch
The fund management attributed this rapid success to the immense interest and trust shown by both individual and institutional investors. Following the successful subscription, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has officially granted approval for the fund to commence its operations.

Official Commencement: The fund formally began its regular operations on March 12, 2026.
