Snehashish Barua, FCA, founding partner of Snehashish Mahmud & Co. (SMAC), has officially joined the Board of Directors of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) PLC as an Independent Director.
The appointment was formalized during the DSE’s 1109th Board meeting held on Tuesday. This follows the formal approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on February 9.
