Abdul Hannan Masud, Senior Joint Chief Coordinator and member of the Political Council of the National Citizens Party (NCP), has officially gotten engaged.
The engagement ceremony took place on Thursday (September 18) at the residence of the bride-to-be, Shyamoli Sultana Jedni, in Kamrangirchar, Dhaka. Close family members and friends from both sides were present at the occasion.
The couple themselves confirmed the news through posts on social media platform Facebook.
It has been learned that the bride, Shyamoli Sultana Jedni, hails from Lakshmipur district. She currently serves as a central executive member (organizer) of the Bangladesh Democratic Students’ Union (BAGSAS) and also works as the joint editor of the organization’s media cell.
Meanwhile, Hannan Masud traveled to Saudi Arabia on Friday. He will stay there for more than a week, during which he will perform the holy Umrah and participate in several party programs.
